How many people do you know that suffer from allergies of one kind or another Are you one of them Nothing can contribute to making a life more miserable than having allergies that cause you to sneeze or cough. They can make you break out in a rash. They can give you painful sinus swelling and itchy watering eyes. There are even cases that where people nearly die because there reactions to certain things are so severe.

Many times people can be allergic to certain foods or even materials such as wool. Perfumes are another popular thing that can cause allergies. The simple solution to these types of allergies is not to wear the fabrics that give you a rash. Do not eat the foods that make you feel ill or break you out too. Find fragrances that you can wear that might not have the chemicals or other ingredients that you can not tolerate. This should be easy enough, but what if the things you are allergic to are in the very air that you breathe How are you supposed to avoid that

There are many medications that people can take to help relieve their allergy symptoms, but as long as they remain allergic and they have to continue to breathe in the particles of debris that they react to, the problem will continue. So many people experience these very problems in the spring and summers months when flowers and trees are in bloom. Pollen gets thick in the air and the evidence can be seen in the yellowy substance that can build up on your car and other outdoor surfaces. It can even make its way into your home.

Pollen is not the only debris that can infiltrate the air in your house. There can be dust mites and their debris, which sounds really gross, but they are usually present in homes. Another thing that can cause terrible allergic breathing problems is mold spores. When there is mold growing somewhere in the home, the spores they have can become air born. They can float around the house where they are easily breathed into the body.

What can be as bad is when all of these types of debris become trapped in the duct work of your heating and cooling unit. This can be a constant breathing threat because they go around and around you home. Using a better quality air filter that trap more debris than average ones can help reduce the problem in your house, but so far no one has been able to come up with a way to rid the outdoors of any of these annoying allergy causing substances.
