This is to educate landlords on killing bed bugs and kicking the crawlers completely out from an apartment.

Syracuse is trying to convince both the landlords and tenants to help each other fight the creepy crawlers. The Syracuse Tenants Network said that many calls they are receiving since the last two years are from tenants complaining about bed bugs. The cost of an exterminator which goes up to $1500 could even be higher than the rent which only ranges from $500-$600.

Read more about Syracuse Tenants Network to Hold a Bed Bug Workshop for Landlords

=================

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) — It’s a small bug creating a big problem here in Central New York, especially in Syracuse. Bed bugs seem to be grabbing hold on the north side of the city, leaving both landlords and tenants looking at labor intensive and expensive extermination projects.

Syracuse is trying to get both landlords and tenants to work together to combat the problem and keep the bugs away for good.

They can be the size of a speck of dirt, but the damage bed bugs do is much bigger.

Twenty landlords in need of help from the Syracuse Tenants Network have registered for an upcoming bed bug workshop.

The Tenant Network says this problem has really exploded in Syracuse over just the last two years. And since January, it says about 20 percent of the calls it gets are from tenants concerned about bed bugs.

===================

The cost of hiring an exterminator to treat an apartment worries the tenants. However, a bed bug killer product reaches out to help them and answer their concerns.

Finally, BedBug Bully is already available now. It is the leading recommended brand by the top exterminators in the country today. It is proven effective on killing bed bugs because the exterminators have already proved it. It is also very safe, really safe! Because it is non-toxic and health-friendly. And, it is much cheaper!

So why do you still have to spend lots for a bed bug treatment while you can already use what exterminators are exactly using?

The housing complex is a public housing for the senior citizens. The senior residents have been experiencing the problem months ago but were afraid to report for the fear of being billed for the expensive extermination fees. I don’t think the oldies deserve to suffer from bed bug bites just because they can’t afford to hire an exterminator!

For everybody to know, we can all conquer bed bugs even without hiring a professional exterminator. Believe me and the people who already solved their bed bug problems…… there’s no need to spend lots!

===========================================

East Chicago, Ind. – Bed bugs have taken over a public housing complex for senior citizens in East Chicago.

Residents of the John Nicosia Housing Complex packed a meeting on Wednesday night, complaining that the bed bug problem popped up eight months ago. Now, 98 percent of the apartments inspected by the East Chicago Health Department ware infested with bed bugs, and the health department has not yet hired an exterminator.

Residents say the bed bug problem started in one unit and quickly spread.

“It was allowed to perpetuate. About eight months ago, I spoke with a manager about the first case I heard about to my knowledge and I asked her to get it under control. Nothing happened,” said resident Sherlene Lowe.

Now the bed bug problem is out of control, with residents taking cell phone videos of bed bugs and showing off red welts on their arms.

Residents said the infestation happened because some were scared to report the issue for fear of being billed hundreds of dollars for extermination services.

==========================================

It is not impossible for us to treat bed bugs infestation all by ourselves because BedBug Bully is already out for the public. Its biggest asset that no other solution can beat is being friendly to the environment. Can you imagine a powerful bed bug killer but is 100% free from dangerous toxic and chemicals? BedBug Bully has already taken the action.

Neglecting bed bug problems may result to further exacerbation. The problem will get worse and bed bugs will be harder to control. But why do we have to take it that long since we can avail the BedBug Bully at much lower price than spending for extermination services? Save more and live better, never let bed bugs give you another nightmare.

Act now and kill those bed bugs with the best bed bug killer today!

These past few years, bed bug infestation has been causing havoc. There were many reports about the pests invading homes, hospitals, hotels and even libraries. And just recently, their invasion has caused a fire in an Ohio home.

Technically, it was not the bed bugs that directly burned the house. It was the bed bug treatment that was executed by an exterminator.

The exterminator basically used heat to kill bed bugs. To raise the temperature in the house, he used six heaters, and he said that one of them malfunctioned. It caught the carpet and a fire soon started, which was not immediately detected.

Because of machine malfunction, all the bed bugs were killed. However, never was it a good thing as it burned down the whole house. It made the price of bed bug elimination much higher than it should be as two families lost their home because of it.

Read more about the Fire Caused by Bed Bug Treatment

===============

Fire officials in Cincinnati say a two-family home was destroyed when a heater being used to kill bedbugs set a carpet on fire.

The house was being treated Sunday by an exterminator who says he gets rid of the pests by raising a home’s temperature to 135 degrees using propane heaters. Residents are told to leave and remove anything flammable.

Cincinnati Fire District Chief Glenn Coleman says the carpet was ignited by one of six heaters inside the home. The fire went undetected until a neighbor saw smoke pouring from the house.

The exterminator, Richard Tyree, blames an equipment malfunction for the fire and tells The Cincinnati Enquirer he’s never had a problem before. He says his company has insurance.

==================

Bed bugs are small pests that can cause big problems. Hence, at the first sign of their presence, you must immediately take steps to eliminate them.

There are many ways to kill bed bugs. Hiring an exterminator is one of those ways. Nonetheless, it should be the last option you should take and must be reserved only for massive infestation. And if the time comes that you need to hire an exterminator, see to it, he is a professional, and he executes his work safely and carefully to avoid incidents like what happened in Ohio.

There are several reasons why hiring someone to kill bed bugs should be your last choice. First, because it is expensive. Second, bed bug treatments are usually done by exterminators using chemicals that are harmful to health. And lastly, you basically have no control to the way the process is done.

Hence, if the infestation is not yet massive, eliminate the pests yourself using an effective and green bed bug killer. It will save you money. Not to mention, it will prevent accidents like fire and poisoning.

It can have you evacuate from the area infested and even have you clear off the items in it. Just think of the hassle it can bring you from having to remove your stuff from rooms, cabinets and closets then having to clean them off and put them back after the treatment.

Bed bug infestation can be a lot of work. It can have you evacuate from the area infested and even have you clear off the items in it. Just think of the hassle it can bring you from having to remove your stuff from rooms, cabinets and closets then having to clean them off and put them back after the treatment.

Take this specific “clearing” problem the pests had brought to one of our readers

One of the rooms in my apartment is infested with bed bugs, and really, we think it’s just the one bed. However, the exterminator has to do all the rooms, of course, and we’re pretty much tearing everything apart in our bedrooms, living room and dining room. What we don’t know is if we have to do anything with the kitchen, like take everything out of the cabinets. Is that the case? I mean, obviously we need to put food away so he can spray, but do we need to clear everything out, or should that be ok? We really need to know soon, because we have nowhere left to put the stuff in the cabinets.
Well, to the answerer who said we should ask the exterminator, we would, but he’s coming tomorrow and it is too late to call him. It’s not something we thought of until we’d already done everything he’d specifically said to do. He already came once and we weren’t prepared because we had misunderstood the instructions from our apartment management, so he left. I don’t want to have to wait another week for him to come back if we’re not ready again.

Having to clear her stuff from her own cabinets for the same reason, another of our readers gave the following suggestions.

any open food should be placed in a plastic bag and sealed…..canned items need not be, just rinse then off before you open them….I have had the same thing done a few months ago!

For a thorough inspection, indeed, the cabinets had to be cleared of any item. It is basically the only way for every gap or crevice in the cabinet to be inspected. And because bed bugs can live even in very tiny cracks, clearing the infested area or room is a necessary step.

In the case of a do-it-yourself bed bug inspection and elimination though, a bed bug spray can be applied directly to the cracks and crevices. But of course, only if the presence of the bugs had been confirmed. Additionally, the bed bug killer to use should be made of organic ingredients for the process to be safe.

It had been said over and over again that bed bugs can bring a lot of bad things. And it’s definitely true. Probably, the worst of all those bad things are the bed bug bites. Those pests can leave you red and itchy rashes that eventually become nasty scars.

But how do you get rid of those scars, asked by one of our readers.

I’ve already tried SCARZONE and PREFERON as well as some foreign whitening creams….but nothing is working, these scars that resulted from bed bug bites are impervious to all treatments i’ve tried.

can someone please give me some suggestions? i need something that WORKS!

One answer we got for that question is this:

Your solution may be as simple as fresh lemons. Lemons and their juices have been used to fade scarring, age spots and freckles. I guess you could go the cheaper route and use the real lemon concentrate stuff in the bottle or just get a bag of three or lemons cut a slice off three or four times a day and rub it on the area.
Most over-the-counter remedies are just industrial waste that has been refined so that you’ll buy it and get rid of it for the big corps. Lemons might be your answer here.
There are a few places to look for natural remedies that involve hemp. Hemp is a legal, 100% thc free product. Micro-plant is high in natural silica that may also reduce the appearance of scarring. The natural way is usually the best way to go.
Good luck, you’ll smell so Lemony.

Indeed, bed bug bites can leave ugly scars. But with some creams and natural remedies, you can get rid of those. But have you already done something not to have those bed bug bites again? Even if you find the best product for your scars and yet had done nothing about the pests, you won’t be able to solve your problem in the long term. That’s because with bed bugs still present, you will still be bitten by them.

So to prevent the repeat of having rashes and scars, make sure to kill bed bugs. After all, they are the root of the problem. Cut them out and you won’t have any bed bug bite again. But how do you do it? You have a lot of options. Two of the effective solutions you can use are green bed bug spray and alcohol

If you want to use bed bug spray, there are many offline and online stores where you can buy it from.

If you want to use an alcohol, watch the video below.
